2012 – Resolve to take responsibility for your health

Not everyone can have perfect health but we can do a lot to help ourselves.

Here are our top five tips with links to our articles:

  1. Eat five fruits and vegetables a day.
  2. Take at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week (minimum!).
  3. Give up smoking if you haven't already.
  4. Reduce your alcohol intake and have at least two alcohol-free days a week.
  5. Takes steps to manage stress: meditation, exercise, breathing techniques.
