Lulu's Eye CreamLulu is rapidly becoming  my new best friend! After the success of her Killer Filler Compound, I was keen to try out the Smart Balm Eye Cream.
 
According to the product information,  Smart Balm keeps the skin around the eye extremely plump and moist with a hi tech blend of borage oil, glucose and peptides which re-energize cells and aid ongoing cell regeneration to reduce lines and wrinkles.  Omega-6 essential fatty acids and a breakthrough combination of yeast extracts and botanicals recondition thin skin, leaving it toned and tight. Liquorice targets dark circles so eyes look rested and refreshed.

When I first tried the Smart Balm Eye Cream, critical daughter noticed the difference immediately.
