Fabric Flavours Pyjamas

My five year old son chose a pair of Darth Vadar pyjamas from Fabric Flavours. I found it a slightly surprising choice as he's never even seen Star Wars, and there are other designs in the series – but he's very happy with them!

They are a thick cotton, which feels soft. The waistband is nicely done, so it's not all rucked up around the waist but smooth, which I imagine is very comfortable to wear.

The distressed design does look as though it's been pre-loved, in fact, they almost look like something my brother might have worn in the 70s, but I imagine they will age well. Certainly after one wash they still look good and don't seem to have shrunk, which is good, not least because I don't think the sizes are very generous. My medium-small five years and three month old looks about right in the age 5-6 size.

The only downside really is that they did seem to leach some colour on first wearing when he had an accident in bed, but then I hadn't pre-washed them, perhaps I should have done.
