In celebration of Mothering Sunday, we ran a competition to win a signed copy of Stage Call, the fifth book in the Hannah Weybridge crime thriller series by Anne Coates for a special mother.
As a daughter, I wish I could have presented my books to my mum but sadly she died too young, which is why I dedicated Stage Call to her, and named the "national treasure" after her – Joan Ballantyne, my tribute to the woman who taught me how to read and inspired a love of theatre and film and who read everything I wrote. This Mother's Day she will be in my thoughts.
