The Kiss it Better campaign, initiated by journalist Carmel Allen, is aiming to raise £250,000 this year to help fund research into childhood cancers.
Carmel was inspired to start the campaign when her young daughter was treated for a rare form of cancer, Neuroblastoma, at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
There will be a 20p donation from every Pink Lady® "polybag" pack of apples sold in Tesco stores throughout the country to the Kiss it Better appeal to help raise money for the Great Ormond Street Hospital’s campaign.
