Key
25-44 – Weak. Congratulations, your Inner Critic is well in check. Your self esteem is high. If you do drink you don’t feel guilty and you wake up feeling good about yourself.
44-74 – Medium. Your Inner Critic is strong in certain areas of your life. It could be that in your personal world you don’t drink that much but perhaps personally you do drink more than you would truly like to, or vice versa.
75 plus – Strong. Your Inner Critic plays havoc with your emotional well-being and often causes overpowering guilt and unnecessary bouts of low self-worth.
